It’s very important to listen first and understand well before we start speaking about it. If we speak more, we will listen less, resulting in less understanding of the topic and listener. If we don’t know well about the conversation that we are part of we will end up confusing ourselves as well as others. Hence, it is very important to speak less and listen more which will help us in responding to the issues and solving it better.
