They say School/ College is everyone’s second home which creates a lot of impact on students both behaviour and academic wise hence, it’s very important for a child to have a positive environment to build effective communication skills. If children aren’t motivated to talk and have a free conversation with one and other then they would never be able to develop these skills. Hence, it is important for teachers to motivate students.
