It is important to have the ambiance right for people to grow and develop. By right ambiance, we mean a safe and supportive environment for students to open up on their thoughts and ideas. In absence of such an environment, it is likely that students tend to cocoon up themselves in their own comfort zone and not try to develop their communication as they would be scared of being judged. Hence, have the ambiance right!
