Limited resources, lack of guidance, and financial constraints often push them away from mainstream success. Our Fellowship program aims to bridge this gap by equipping them with industry-relevant certifications, skill development, and entrepreneurial training. Whether they seek stable employment or aspire to be job creators, this initiative fosters Aatmanirbhar and Viksit Bharat. By empowering them, we turn aspirations into achievements, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to the economy and society. Prevalent widening gap
Marginalized youth in India face severe educational and employment barriers—49% of out-of-school children are from SC/ST communities, higher education enrolment is just 27.2%, and graduate unemployment stands at 29.1%. The fellowship aims to bridge this gap through skill development, certifications, and entrepreneurship training.
