Our posture has a lot more to say to others. It gives others an opportunity to assess the kind of person we are. Hence, always have your posture right while communicating. For example, Never show that you are nervous or scared through your posture, always keep your head high, and never bow down until and unless you feel sad or guilty about something. Always have eye contact while you speak or listen. Don’t sit or stand too casually in front of your audience.
