In a conversation it is important to show that you are listening cause if the speaker doesn’t feel that you are listening, he/she might get discouraged and end up delivering less content. It is very important to tell that we are being an active listener through non-verbal hints like eye contact, head nodding, body gestures and postures, etc. With all these hints it’s easy to understand if the conversation is interesting or not.
